I have the capability of navigation on this vehicle. There is no SD slot for the navigation/updates. Is there a CD to enable the navagation? When I click on the nav button it states no navagation. I purchased this from Vision ford, which whom the owner had a dealership mercedes in AZ. I called the nearest Merc dealership and they said I would have to bring in the vehicle and pay $400 for it??????? I purchased this as a leased used vehicle shouldn't the Nav be working? Is there a simple CD to install the system? Please help
